You can try Salesy free for 3 days, no credit card required. After your trial expires, choose a plan that suits the size and stage of your business.
Most Salesy plans are month to month unless you sign up for a yearly plan. Salesy Plus is available on 1- or 3-year terms.
Yes, if you ever decide that Salesy isn't the best ecommerce platform for your business, simply cancel your account. If you choose a 1- or 3-year Salesy Plus subscription, you can cancel when your term commitment expires.
On most Salesy plans, you can upgrade or downgrade your plan at any time. If you choose a 1-year Salesy Plus subscription, you can upgrade to a 3-year subscription at any time. For both 1- and 3-year subscriptions to Salesy Plus, you can downgrade when your term commitment expires.
We offer a 25% discount for yearly subscriptions if you choose the Basic, Salesy, or Advanced plans. If you choose a 3-year Salesy Plus plan, we offer a monthly discount and lower online variable platform fees.
You can use Salesy in nearly every country in the world.
Payment questions
Third-party transaction fees apply if you use a third-party payment provider:

Salesy charges a small fee to allow you to accept major credit cards, such as Visa and Mastercard, as payment in your store. These fees vary depending on the plan that you choose.
Store setup questions
No, there are no setup fees on any of our plans.
If you already have an ecommerce website or are using a different ecommerce platform for your business, you can use the Store Importer app to import your products, customers, and orders data to Salesy.
Yes, you can purchase a domain name within Salesy, or use an existing one that you own. We also provide a forever free mySalesy.com domain name to all stores when they sign up.
Yes, Salesy includes secure, unlimited ecommerce hosting on all plans except Starter. You can also use the Buy Button to add ecommerce to any existing website.
POS questions
Salesy POS is a point of sale app that you can use to sell your products in person. Process orders, accept payments, produce receipts, and control it all from your mobile device.
Salesy's point of sale is flexible enough to support a variety of businesses at any stage of growth. The retailers that find the most value from Salesy POS are those that sell (or want to sell) products both online and in person.
Yes, your Salesy online store automatically synchronizes with Salesy POS, and you manage your entire business from one dashboard. Inventory, product, and payment updates that you make in your Salesy admin will instantly take effect in Salesy POS
